Every change on the record.
Every record reviewable.

Your team can build and manage the entire app in Lindi — and every usability test, agent edit and merge is kept as a dated log your whole team can read. A product you own deserves records, not a changelog nobody opens.

§ 01 · the logtest to merge in the same afternoon — every step on the record.

Here’s one afternoon of work,
logged as it happened.

A test, an edit, a merge — each event lands as an entry, with the decision it carried. Nothing is summarized after the fact; the log is written as the work happens.

Entry · what happeneddecision
Test 014Checkout task-success measured on the real screens — 5 sessions.pass

Merge 016Merged to main — one change.merged

§ 02 · care cycle

How a change gets made:
test, edit, review, merge.

Four steps, always in this order. Each one writes its own entry, so the log reads the way the work went.

Test on the real screens.

Run sessions against the live file — not a copy, not an export. Task success comes back as a number you can hold the next change to.

Observed

task success: 61%

Edit with the agent.

Describe the fix in plain language. The agent answers with a structured edit — named layers, real components — that reads like work a colleague did, because it is.

STEP 02 · EDIT — “add a tip step to checkout” · structured

Review — keep or undo.

Every agent edit arrives as one change you can read before it counts. Keep it and the entry stands; undo it and the canvas returns to the state before the edit. Recorded either way.

STEP 03 · REVIEW — decision: keep / undo
Decision
diff: readable
keep → it stands
undo → restored

Merge to your repo.

The kept change goes back to your own repository as one commit your developers review like any other. The log gets its entry; the product gets its fix.

§ 03 · the readout

Your test findings become slides,
built from the live designs.

The readout is assembled from the live file — the frames on the slides are the frames on the canvas, current at the moment you present them.
