Compare · Lovable, v0, Bolt

Prompt-to-app tools start from nothing. Lindi starts from your product.

They generate a new app from a description. Lindi opens the app you already ship — and its Build mode does the same thing, on the real codebase, through the same review.

Lovable, v0 and Bolt share a shape: describe an app, get an app. For something that does not exist yet that is a remarkable shape — a working first version in an afternoon, from a blank project. The project is theirs; the code comes out when you export or sync it, and from that moment there are two of it.

Lindi keeps the part that works — describe a change, watch it land — and changes what it points at. Build mode runs on your shipped frontend, on a branch of your repo, and what it makes leaves as a pull request. A designer can also just take the canvas and do it by hand. They are different jobs: one starts an app, the other changes the one you have.

  • Use Lovable for

Starting something: a prototype, a side project, a first version of an app that does not exist yet, in an afternoon.

  • Use Lindi for

Changing something that exists — the button, the flow, the screen in the product your users already have — with engineering in the loop.
